A detailed sculptural depiction of the Greek mythological story of Icarus and Daedalus, illustrating the importance of flying the middle ground, taking wise advice, and to never be too prideful. Approximately 9 inches high, features handmade polymer wings, a wooden base, and a magnet within the shell of the ribcage to keep steady on the metal spine. Wax wings melt in the sun, in the story, and blu wax used at base to represent such.
